Those blueberry waffles sound fantastic. I look forward to making them when I like the smell of cooking again.
Hopefully next month.

Overnight oatmeal? Wow what have I been waiting for! I usually just add boiling water to my oatmeal, cover for a few minutes, and eat, but letting it sit overnight in almond or rice milk sounds deliciously creamy.
I’ve got a blog on eating healthy, full of tips, pictures and vegan recipes. I’ve got a recipe called “Apple Oatmeal” that’s cooked but delicious eaten cold the next day – Your post made me think of it. If you want to check it out, go here-> http://nocrapdiet.wordpress.com
Have fun cooking! =)

Yes! Overnight oats are amazing–very filling! If I go running in the morning, they’re perfect for some refueling
I checked out your blog and I’m excited to try some of your recipes! I’ll let you know when I try one and let you know how it is!

YES! I love your cookies…the perfect (kind of) guiltless comfort food
Love you, Becca!
P.S. If you are going to be adding lots of recipes, you might want to consider a link on your table of contents that jumps to each section when you click on it! (i.e. click on “Baked Goodies” and it jumps to that section). Just a thought. Love you, best friend
